APPLY FOR A RECEPTIONIST POSITION AT A DEALERSHIP
- Answering of switchboard – first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees and clients
- Managing reception email address and distributing information to the correct departments
- Receive guest and clients
- Arrange beverages for all meetings/appointments
- Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments & lunches as required
- Assist with daily communication to sales and admin departments
- Stationary & cartridge orders and reconciling of weekly and monthly payments and reporting to financial department
- Assisting with general admin duties
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Computer literate
- Friendly and not shy
