•    A detailed curriculum vitae and cover letter;
•    Certified copies (not older than 6 months) of qualifications (please provide the SAQA accreditation in the case of foreign qualifications);

Duties and responsibilities:
•    Drive and operate the university (Faculty of Health Sciences) vehicle to:
o    Collect and deliver mail, documents, groceries, stationary etc.
o    Collect purchased goods from storeroom and vendors.
•    Provide clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment in the dean’s office (Francois Retief Building).
•    Set up and clean up for serving of beverages during meetings/visitors.
•    Waste removal from offices (dean’s office).
•    Collect recycling paper from all departments.
•    Ad hoc tasks.
•    Collection and moving of furniture, etc.



 



Inherent requirements:
•    Grade 10 on NQF level 2.
•    Ability to communicate in and read English.
•    Drivers’ license (code C1)
•    Relevant Experience.

 



 

Recommendations:
•    Valid PDP License.
•    Sound Knowledge of the location of the different buildings on the campus.
•    Sound Knowledge of the City of Bloemfontein area (courier experience will be an added advantage).

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R103 437.86 per annum depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
