ADMINISTRATION OFFICER POSITION

 

2 years Contract Position –
Remuneration: R181,599.00 (per annum total cost of employment)
Remuneration: Market Related Salary
The South African Board for Sheriffs (SABFS) seeks to appoint a progressive, service- oriented and
results driven individual to provide effective administration duties to the SABFS.



PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The South African Board for Sheriffs (SABFS) is the regulator of sheriffs, responsible for the
maintenance of the esteem, the enhancement of the status , and the improvement of the standard of
training of sheriffs in a manner that enhances access to justice.

 



KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Render general clerical support services;
• Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data;
• Make photocopies and receive or send facsimiles/emails;
• Keep and maintain the filing system for the project team;
• Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the project;
• Taking and drafting of minutes;
• Keep and maintain the asset register of the project team;
• Keep and maintain the attendance register of the component;
• Arrange travelling and accommodation;
• Capture and update expenditure of the component.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate.
• Must have 1 year or more administration work experience.
NOTE: Communication will be limited to shortlisted candidates. The preferred candidate(s) will be
subjected to a competency assessment, security clearance and qualification verification.
