MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical Engineering (BENG/BsC(Hons) Eng N Dip or B-Tech 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

None (recent graduate with no work experience) 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to achieve Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR) business objectives and assists the operations team in meeting Asset Capability (AC) objectives, safe and cost effectively.

Provide technical support for day-to-day operation of the plants.

Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and help address deviations and improvement opportunities.

Analyse weakly plant performance, breakdowns on equipment, call outs and propose solutions to improve performance.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and preservation of the maintenance budget.

Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures.

Do root cause analysis of equipment failures and development of remedial actions.

Identify, initiate and implement improvement project.

Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.

MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must have good Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, Productivity Focus, Technical Capability, Initiative and strong assertiveness

Computer Literate

Willingness to learn and be responsible for own development.
