VALUE LOGISTICS IS HIRING DEBRIEFER

Purpose of the Job

Ensure that delivery trip sheets, POD and drivers are debriefed according to the Value Procedure. Reporting of driver incidents/accidents to Branch/Operations Manager. Report vehicle damages to the dedicated distribution manager.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Operational

Debriefing of drivers

Checking trip sheet against tracking for unscheduled stops

Receiving of vehicle keys

Checking PODs for any discrepancies (shortages etc.)

Allocation is done on Trackmatic

Trackmatic debriefing

Management of Handheld Devices

 

Administration

Preparation of the next day’s delivery paperwork

Assigning of collections

Assigning with seals for seal-to-seal procedures

 

Customer service

Customer relations ensure that debriefing is always up to the required standard

 

 Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Computer literate (MS Word, excel, outlook, etc.)

Must possess sound local geographical knowledge

Good written and oral communication skills

 Skills Required

Good communication skills

Able to complete forms related to own working area

Can complete administrative procedures with necessary directions and systems at disposal
