We are currently seeking young motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learnership Security Officers. This learnership program is designed to provide training and hands-on experience in the field of security, including monitoring and patrolling premises, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify any suspicious activity

– Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises

– Report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate authorities

– Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors in need of help

– Complete all required training and coursework as part of the learnership program

– Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment

 

 




Minimum Requirements:

– Minimum Psira certificate grade C

– Minimum Grade 10

– Should have previously contributed to UIF

– Youth will be prioritized 

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly

– Willingness to learn and participate in a structured training program

– Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
