Central Karoo District<br />
SALARY : R176 310 per annum<br />
CENTRE : Laingsburg Primary Health Care, Laingsburg</p>
<p>REQUIREMENTS :</p>
<p>Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with<br />
Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject / Senior Certificate (or<br />
equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance<br />
Areas (KPA’S) of the post. Experience: Appropriate experience in administration<br />
and reception. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good communication and writing<br />
skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to<br />
manage the switchboard. Ability to function in a group and work under pressure.<br />
Analytical and mathematical skills for data processing. Computer literacy (MS word<br />
and excel) and knowledge of record keeping procedures. Ability to accept<br />
accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised.</p>
<p>DUTIES :</p>
<p>Folder management incl. filing, disposals and archiving. Appointment system. Data<br />
Management. Reception management and general administrative duties. Stock<br />
and equipment management.</p>
