<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>DATA CAPTURER X2 – REF&colon; DCR- JW361&sol;2022<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>CLOSING DATE&colon; 19 MAY 2022<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>REMUNERATION&colon; R173 035&period;44 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>PURPOSE<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>To provide accurate capturing of projects data relating to EPWP&comma; and SMME&comma; WC&sol;WDM and other Capital programmes within PMU for correct reporting ensuring compliance with Johannesburg Water and City of Johannesburg legislative requirements&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Collect EPWP&comma; and SMME&comma; WC&sol;WDM data timeously from projects in construction from Project Managers &lpar;PM&rpar; and contractors&period; Liaise with PM’s and visit sites regularly to attain latest recorded data and verify information&period; File all captured data on hard files as records for storage&period; Scan all documents and electronically store in a defined electronic storage system or folder&period; Capture all jobs created on the preferred template and system in line with EPWP requirements&period; Capture all SMMEs appointed on projects on the preferred template and system in line prescribed requirements&period; Verify and capture the site data on households to be provided with basis services&period; Capture stands information on SAP to initiate metering process and link to related systems&period; Capture Service Level Agreements and indemnity forms between Johannesburg Water and the community&period; Capture queries reported on site into SAP and update status of query on resolution&period; Capture Job cards and file on document management system upon completion of meter installation&period; Compile accurate monthly reports based on complying information &lpar;EPWP&sol;SMME&rpar;&period; Compile monthly statistics of SLA captured&comma; recorded and also on indemnity forms signed to assess project buy-in &lpar;WC&sol;WDM&rpar;&period; Draw different types of data from EPWP&sol;SMME database system as per request for reporting purposes&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Essential qualifications and experience&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>• Grade 12 or Technical Matric with mathematics<br &sol;>&NewLine;• 3 years’ experience in data capturing<br &sol;>&NewLine;• Computer literate in MS Excel<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"job&lowbar;description">&NewLine;<p>Please forward your CV and qualifications to&colon; Email&colon; <strong>jw&period;supplychain&commat;jwater&period;co&period;za<&sol;strong> quoting the relevant reference number and job title in the subject line of your correspondence<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
