Primary objective :

The purpose of this position is to work in a team that manages all aspects of traffic control and visitor access while ensuring an awe-inspiring experience to Cableway visitors.

Requirements:

Must be asse
Must be able to communicate clearly and articulately.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must have experience in customer servic
Must be able to stay calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skill

Duties include but are not limited to:

Manages access points with a friendly, professional,helpful and polite mann
Provides information and assistance to visitors of the cabl
Regulates traffic and pedestrian fl
Manages tour bus and taxi parking area.
Patrols designated areas to monitor and prevent hazards and breach
Protects property and visitors from theft,damage,or accidents
Provides a visible presence that enforces safety and securi
Identifies andinvestigates suspicious behaviour, threats and irregular activity.
Responds to alarms and requests for help.
Uses radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner
