<p><strong>Application Requirements for a Necsa Group Unemployed Learnership program: Generic Management NQF Level 4</strong></p>
<p>Necsa Group offers an opportunity for 12 months of Generic Management Learnership NQF Level 4 to unemployed candidates between the ages of 18-30 years who are in possession of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate. The candidates must be South African citizens with no criminal record.</p>
<p>Candidates will be subjected to written assessment tests or interviews, as part of the selection criteria. The selection criteria will be conducted in terms of the Necsa Group employment equity plan, Skills Development Policies, and other relevant policies or plans.</p>

<p><strong>Benefits for the learner after successful completion of the learnership</strong></p>
<p>Once the learner has completed the learnership, they will be awarded the following qualification and unit Standards:</p>
<p>N<strong>ational Certificate: Generic Management Learnership – SAQA ID57712 (NQF Level 04) totaling of 150 credits minimum including unit standards:</strong></p>

<li>Conduct structured meeting <strong>unit standards: 242816</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>SESSION TWO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Employ a systematic approach to achieving objectives <strong>unit standards: 242822</strong>.</li>
<li>Identify the responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organisational standards are met <strong>unit standards: 242821</strong>.</li>
<li>Manage Expenditure against a budget <strong>unit standards: 242810</strong>.</li>

<li>Apply knowledge of statistics and probability to critically interrogate and effectively communicate findings on life-related problems <strong>unit standards: 9015.</strong></li>
