<p>Introduction<br />
Looking for 80 candidates to fill retail positions as Bank Brand-Ambassadors</p>
<p>30 in Capetown and;</p>
<p>50 in Gauteng.</p>
<p>The Programme is registered with the W&;R SETA. Learners have the privilege of being mentored and coached by extremely qualified mentors during your workplace experience.</p>
<p>When you join the Learnership Programme you will become part of a 12-fixed term contract.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>You will start off with the study component for the first month and then move into the workplace for 11 months; this will allow you maximum exposure to real-life on-the-job scenarios and situations in order to assist you to make an informed career choice.</p>

<p>At the end of the programme, you will graduate with a W&;R SETA accredited qualification and a year worth of work experience, making you a more valuable candidate for future positions.</p>

<p>Duties &; Responsibilities<br />
As a Bank Client Brand Ambassador, employed by XO Education (the Company) and working within a designated store, you will be representing the TymeBank brand to customers of the Bank.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>You will be required to:</p>
<p>Represent the Bank brand in a professional manner, and to provide accurate company information to customers and prospective customers.<br />
Support and guide customers in the use of relevant technology and facilities related to Bank products.<br />
Inform customers about product features and benefits and be able to answer any queries on Bank products, on-boarding processes and other processes available.<br />
Provide customers with information about the Bank.<br />
Attend to front line technical or diagnostic problems with the Bank kiosks.<br />
Desired Experience &; Qualification<br />
Matric with Mathematics/Maths Literacy</p>
