<p>SUPPORT SERVICES DEPARTMENT</p>
<p>Basic Salary Range: R73 980.00 – R100 068.00 per annum, plus benefits</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Grade 10<br />
Relevant cleaning experience of working with sensitive objectives and areas.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities include:<br />
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the areas of Iziko sites, which are restricted to staff, laboratory and office areas<br />
Maintaining a high standard of site-specific cleanliness in the public areas of Iziko sites, including: passages, exhibitions areas, courtyards, pavements, grounds, gardens and parking areas<br />
Clean tearooms, rest areas and ablution facilities<br />
Set up for meetings and cleaning of crockery and meeting area<br />
Perform site-specific messenger duties as required<br />
Dusting office furniture<br />
Sweeping, vacuuming and shampooing floors<br />
Collecting and removing of waste paper.</p>

<p>Competencies Required:</p>
<p>Ability to work in a team and independently<br />
Honesty<br />
Good time management skills.</p>

<p>BASIC SALARY AND BENEFITS</p>
<p>The salaries quoted above do not include benefits. Iziko benefits comprise generous contributions towards a designated retirement fund (compulsory), a designated medical aid (voluntary), and a housing subsidy (voluntary). Other employment conditions such as working hours and leave entitlement are also generous.</p>
