<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Youth (35 years or younger)</p>
<p>Matric</p>
<p>CHW qualification preferable</p>
<p>Previous community mobilization (NGO/CBO sector) employment</p>
<p>Multilingual (speaks the languages spoken in the district)</p>
<p>Lives in the area serviced by the mobile unit</p>
<p>Prior experience working on public health campaigns, including SBCC and RCCE, and Covid-19 vaccine demand creation would be an advantage.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Work closely with the Keready Communicator to ensure that there is a strong flow of reliable information about the</p>
<p>mobile outreach services to local communities and to community leaders (faith-based organisations, NGOs and CBOs,</p>
<p>traditional leadership, volunteer organisations etc.)</p>
<p>With support and guidance from the Keready Communicator:</p>
<p>Go street to street and door to door as agreed to with the Keready Communicator, informing community members of the services available on the mobile clinic</p>
<p>Book community members who want to receive a health care service and inform the Keready</p>
<p>Communicator</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Provide local stakeholders with easy-to-understand weekly updates on the services being offered</p>
<p>Create awareness among the community of the call centre numbers and the Keready young doctor</p>
<p>network for clients to direct their related queries.</p>
<p>Assist in the mobilization of clients to mobile and other health sites especially 12-34 year-olds,</p>
<p>uninsured, males, young mothers and >;50 years old.</p>
<p>Daily reporting to the Keready Communicator which includes numbers reached, activities undertaken,</p>
<p>successes, lessons learnt, identified gaps and recommendations to consider.</p>
<p>Additional: The incumbent needs to be willing to support beyond the responsibilities highlighted above.</p>
