<li>1-2 years’ experience in a banking, insurance, client service environment</li>

<li>Treating Customers fairly (TCF)</li>
<li>Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)</li>
<li>Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)</li>
<li>Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS)</li>
