Remuneration: R181,599.00 (per annum total cost of employment)<br />

The South African Board for Sheriffs (SABFS) seeks to appoint a progressive, service- oriented and<br />
results driven individual to provide effective administration duties to the SABFS.</p>
<p>PURPOSE OF THE POSITION<br />
The South African Board for Sheriffs (SABFS) is the regulator of sheriffs, responsible for the<br />
maintenance of the esteem, the enhancement of the status , and the improvement of the standard of<br />
training of sheriffs in a manner that enhances access to justice.</p>

<p>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<br />
• Render general clerical support services;<br />
• Record, organise, store, capture and retrieve correspondence and data;<br />
• Make photocopies and receive or send facsimiles/emails;<br />
• Keep and maintain the filing system for the project team;<br />
• Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the project;<br />
• Taking and drafting of minutes;<br />
• Keep and maintain the asset register of the project team;<br />
• Keep and maintain the attendance register of the component;<br />
• Arrange travelling and accommodation;<br />
• Capture and update expenditure of the component.</p>

• The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS &; EXPERIENCE<br />
• Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate.<br />
• Must have 1 year or more administration work experience.<br />
NOTE: Communication will be limited to shortlisted candidates. The preferred candidate(s) will be<br />
subjected to a competency assessment, security clearance and qualification verification.</p>
