<p><strong><u>MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB </u></strong></p>
<p><span>We are looking for a December casual to provide high-class customer service and assist during the busy festive time. This contract will commence on 1 November 2023 to 31 January 2024.</span></p>

<p><strong><u>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service </span></li>
<li><span>Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards </span></li>
<li><span>Maintain a fully stocked store </span></li>
<li><span>Ascertain customers’ needs and wants </span></li>
<li><span>Recommend and display items that match customer needs </span></li>
<li><span>Welcome and greet customers </span></li>
<li><span>Manage point-of-sale processes </span></li>
<li><span>Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments </span></li>
<li><span>Keep up to date with product information </span></li>
<li><span>Accurately describe product features and benefits </span></li>
<li><span>Follow all companies policies and procedures </span></li>

<p><strong><u>SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Grade 12 </span></li>
<li><span>Computer literacy </span></li>
<li><span>Higher education (Advantageous) </span></li>
<li><span>1 – 2 years work experience preferably in retail environment </span></li>
<li><span>Knowledge of retail practices </span></li>
<li><span>Demonstrated ability to perform customer service duties. </span></li>
<li><span>Leadership skills </span></li>
<li><span>Must be based in Pretoria</span></li>
</ul>
