compile reports&comma; file and keep records in line with the standard operating procedure&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Requirements&colon;<&sol;strong> Grade 12 or Matric certificate&comma; National Diploma in Administration or Secretariat Diploma&comma; Provide secretarial service to the Division&period; Schedule meetings and other appointments and coordinate all logistical arrangements for the meetings such as venue&comma; arrange the speakers accommodation&comma; refreshments&comma; and process travel claims&period; Ensure that all information &lpar;reports&comma; agendas&comma;<br &sol;>&NewLine;minutes&comma; etc&period;&rpar; is available for the scheduled meetings&period; Manage the switchboard&comma; screen and receive visitors to the office&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Provide secretarial service for the office&comma; manage records and filing&period; Maintain a professional image of PanSALB at all times&period; Keep up to date with new developments and changes within the responsible area&comma; the Division&comma; and the organisation as a whole&period;
