<p>We invest greatly in South Africa’s employed and unemployed youth through various development programmes and support training and education linked to youth unemployment through pivotal programmes. Opportunities include our Retail Readiness Programme (RRP), the Youth Employment Services (YES) Initiative, and comprehensive study bursaries in several academic fields.</p>

<p>Retail Readiness Programme (RRP)<br />
This skills programme provides young people without previous work experience, with the basic skills to work in a retail environment.</p>
<p>The programme comprises of five weeks of practical training and two weeks theory.</p>
<p>Successful participants receive NQF level 3 qualifications upon completion of the programme.</p>

<p>WHO CAN APPLY?<br />
South African youth between 18 and 34 years with no previous work experience.</p>
<p>A South African Matric or an equivalent qualification.</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p>Youth Employment Services (YES)<br />
The Youth Employment Service is a business-driven initiative with government and labour that builds economic pathways for youth to help reduce unemployment.</p>
<p>The programme provides 12 months on-the-job training where participants are exposed to various parts of the retail business. On completion of the programme, sucessfull YES learners are skilled to work in retail or start their own retail business.</p>
