<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE: To maintain parks facilities, playground equipment and buildings of JCPZ.</strong></p>
<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Complete own worksheet and follow checklist</strong></li>
<li><strong>Installation of bins and benches within JCPZ parks</strong></li>
<li><strong>Repairing of palisade and colonial fencing</strong></li>
<li><strong>Welding and fencing</strong></li>
<li><strong>Repairing of damaged walls</strong></li>
<li><strong>Repairing of damaged paving</strong></li>
<li><strong>Manufacturing of concrete main whole covers</strong></li>
<li><strong>Clean work are to specifications. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Relay messages between operations. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Assess conditions of work</strong></li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Work according to checklist</strong></li>
<li><strong>Clean working tools</strong></li>
<li><strong>Put all equipment in designated areas</strong></li>
<li><strong>Report all deviations, incident &; hazardous conditions. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Ensure PPE compliance. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Attend daily, weekly, monthly staff meetings. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Utilise specified tools and equipment. </strong></li>
<li><strong>Participate in personal development plan formulation</strong></li>
<li><strong>Follow personal development plan</strong></li>
<li><strong>Follow structured reading list and/or development initiatives</strong></li>
<li><strong>Seek new ideas and work procedures to exceed expectations.</strong></li>

<p><strong>MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Grade 10 </strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience </strong></li>
<li><strong>In artisan field </strong></li>
<li><strong>English proficiency</strong></li>
</ul>
