dockets&comma; and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Make reservations for guests&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensure that check-in and check-out procedures are strictly adhered to&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Report any faults to the Maintenance Section&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Liaise closely with Housekeeping on check-ins and check-outs&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensure all takings for the day is correct&comma; balanced and banked according to the policy and procedure&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure charges are correctly entered onto Guest&&num;8217&semi;s Folio&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensure float&comma; cash and credit takings for shift are balanced and cashier report is completed&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Handle conference enquiries&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Carry out any other function and responsibility as directed&comma;
