<p><strong>Modules covered over the 12 month period:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Understand the retail supply chain</strong></li>
<li><strong>Resolving customer queries and complaints</strong></li>
<li><strong>Merchandising and Maintaining Displays</strong></li>
<li><strong>Implementing Promotional Instructions</strong></li>
<li><strong>Recommending and processing stock orders</strong></li>
<li><strong>Counting Stock and Uplifting returns</strong></li>
<li><strong>Numeracy</strong></li>
<li><strong>Literacy</strong></li>
