<p><strong>As a Technical Learner you&#8217;ll be an integral part of our store&#8217;s technical team, working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, install and troubleshoot software, and provide support to our customers. You&#8217;ll get hands-on experience with the latest Apple products and technologies, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should have a strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers get the most out of their Apple products.</strong></p>

<li><strong>Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems</strong></li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to work well in a team environment</strong></li>
<li><strong>Strong customer service orientation</strong></li>
<li><strong>Familiarity with support ticketing systems</strong></li>
