<p><strong>Purpose:<br />

<strong>To provide a professional reception service in welcoming CCMA visitors and directing them to the correct Departments in order for them to conduct their business efficiently. To respond to internal and external calls, take messages and channel calls to the appropriate persons.</strong></p>
