<p><b>WHAT WE OFFER</b></p>
<p>This one-year entry-level programme provides participants with exposure to the workplace and an opportunity to develop essential workplace capabilities. Successful candidates will be based in a world-class environment within one of our South African offices. During this programme, they will gain valuable workplace experience and skills, fostering a market-driven, operationally focused, and customer-centric mindset in our day-to-day business operations.</p>

<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<p>Learners will take on support responsibilities across different business functions. These responsibilities play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the function and offer accelerated and practical work experience.</p>

<p><b>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</b></p>
<p><b>Programme eligibility: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>South African citizenship</li>
<li>Completed Grade 12 certificate</li>
<li>Additional tertiary qualifications advantageous</li>
<li>Should be between the ages of 18 &#8211; 30 years</li>
<li>Commitment to the 12-month programme</li>
<li>Must not have completed a YES Learnership previously</li>
<li>A strong academic record</li>
<li>Strong computer literacy</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly</li>
<li>Good time management</li>
<li>Ability to work in a collaborative team environment</li>
<li>A positive attitude</li>
</ul>
