and managing of electronic diaries of staff&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Receiving guests and visitors&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Making travel and accommodation arrangements when needed&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for preparing and arranging the Centre&&num;8217&semi;s functions&comma; meetings&comma; agendas and reports&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Liasing with internal and external stakeholders&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong><&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong><&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Coordinating effective communication channels to both Centre personnel and clients&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Handling of all correspondence and enquiries&comma; including referral to a higher level if needed&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Typing letters&comma; memoranda and other relevant documents&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for the administration of the postgraduate programmes offered by the Centre&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Annual capturing of the CBCB&&num;8217&semi;s research publications&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for the financial administration of the Centre&comma; including procurement of equipment&comma; goods and services&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responisbile for the management of the CBCB&&num;8217&semi;s assets&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintaining an effective filing system&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Providing support with the maintenance of the website&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Handling workshop &sol; or equivalent&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>At least five years&&num;8217&semi; relevant secretarial and&sol;or administrative experience&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The ability to liaise appropriately with individuals at management and other levels&comma; both within and outside the University&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The proven ability to perform tasks independently&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Proven computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office &lpar;Word&comma;
