enquiries&comma; messages and emails&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Liaising with internal and external clients&comma; referring veterinarians&comma; students and researchers&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Receiving&comma; labelling and logging of sample tubes&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Sending sample tubes to the right department for analysis&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Spinning samples down for chemistry and aliquoting the samples correctly&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Accurate storing and discarding of samples&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Checking&comma; sorting and emailing of daily reports&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Archiving of reports&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assisting with invoicing clients and purchasing of laboratory essentials&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Assisting with laboratory quality assurance system documents&semi; and<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Training of reception interns&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Grade 12&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>One-year administrative experience in a laboratory&semi; and<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Computer literacy &lpar;MS Word&comma; Windows&comma; etc&period;&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong> <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES &lpar;SKILLS&comma; KNOWLEDGE AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES&rpar;&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic knowledge of laboratory information software programs&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic knowledge of different blood samples&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Good interpersonal and communication skills&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Attention to detail&semi;
