<p><strong>Mechanical Engineering (BENG/BsC(Hons) Eng N Dip or B-Tech </strong></p>
<p><strong>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<p><strong>None (recent graduate with no work experience) </strong></p>

<p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>Contribute to achieve Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR) business objectives and assists the operations team in meeting Asset Capability (AC) objectives, safe and cost effectively.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide technical support for day-to-day operation of the plants.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Analyse maintenance inspection feedback and help address deviations and improvement opportunities.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Analyse weakly plant performance, breakdowns on equipment, call outs and propose solutions to improve performance.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Identify opportunities for cost savings and preservation of the maintenance budget.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and repair procedures.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Do root cause analysis of equipment failures and development of remedial actions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Identify, initiate and implement improvement project.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Develop quality control plans for equipment repairs.</strong></p>

<p><strong>MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must have good Interpersonal Effectiveness, Leadership, Productivity Focus, Technical Capability, Initiative and strong assertiveness</strong></p>

<p><strong>Willingness to learn and be responsible for own development.</strong></p>
