<p><strong>To be considered for the opportunities, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Grade 12.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum of a 6 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science and as per Institution’s requirements for Engineering fields.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum of a 5 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science for technical fields.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Average year mark of 60% and above for 2<sup>nd</sup>or 3<sup>rd</sup>year students.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Preference will be given to applicants residing in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located – proof of residence to be submitted with application.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Applicants already supported by another organisation/company will not be considered.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Selection will be in line with the Employment Equity requirements of the Company</strong></li>
<li><strong>Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessment and interviews as part of the selection process.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Tuition fees.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Meals and accommodation.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Payment of any compulsory excursions or seminars, which may be required.</strong></li>
<li><strong>A Personal allowance.</strong></li>
