<p><strong>This programme, guarantees full-time employment from day one, with the programme running for the first two years of employment. This opportunity also includes essential benefits such as a compulsory provident fund and optional medical aid coverage. Additionally, the selected graduates qualify to participate in the company’s general bonus scheme, subject to personal and company performance.</strong></p>

<p><strong>This programme is designed for recent graduates aiming to gain invaluable experience in operational and managerial roles with ample room for growth. Operating hours are from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional night shifts to provide comprehensive operational exposure and knowledge.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Throughout the programme, you’ll master essential strategies and business processes, gaining insight into the inner workings of our Group’s functions and operations. You’ll collaborate with the management team on tasks like budget allocation and performance reporting, honing your analytical and communication skills along the way.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Based at our world-class facility, Value City in Elandsfontein, you’ll embark on a journey across various sites in Gauteng. Opportunities also await at our Superhub in Cato Ridge, KZN</strong><br />
<strong>and Cape Town, Joostenbergvlakte.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br />
<strong>As a valued member of our Graduate Development Programme, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our managers and contributing to our company’s success. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong><br />
<strong>Assisting managers in implementing new policies, procedures, and strategies.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Gaining a comprehensive understanding of various department functions within the Group to grasp daily processes and key performance areas</strong></p>
<p><strong>Familiarising yourself with different aspects of people management</strong><br />
<strong>Participating in the company’s strategic planning initiatives</strong><br />
<strong>Assisting Management in evaluating operational performance through tasks like writing reports and analysing data</strong><br />
<strong>Proactively tracking business revenue and exploring new methods to enhance profitability and reduce operational risk</strong><br />
<strong>Creating and delivering client presentations, showcasing your skills and contributing to our client engagement efforts</strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills Required</strong></p>
<p><strong>To excel in our Graduate Development Programme, we’re looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong><br />
<strong>To be eligible for our Graduate Development Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Possession of a valid South African driver’s license and access to reliable transportation</strong><br />
<strong>A degree in one of the following fields: Supply Chain/Logistics, Transport/Road Freight, Management, or BCom Transport Economics</strong><br />
<strong>An Honours degree will be highly advantageous</strong></p>
