<p><strong>Description of the role and purpose of the job:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Providing and prioritising operational and administrative support to the firm’s leadership enabling them to focus on core business objectives.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Understand and enable Firm Strategy</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Understand strategy at Firm, Function and Service line level</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Understand how role aligns with strategy and how execution of role enables strategy</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Understand the broader firm structure and service offering</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Operational and Business Support</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Manage Business Unit leadership diaries and correspondence</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Manage Leadership travel arrangements in accordance with KPMG Policy</strong></p>

<p><strong>· Scheduling of meetings/ Booking / co-ordinating of functions / events / conferences</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Completing and submitting partner time sheets / expenses (Oracle)</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Providing general support to Business Leadership</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Assist with general BU Administration</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Assist with reports, opinions, engagement letters, finalizing client documents and taking accurate minutes of meetings, where required</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Understand and contribute towards the financial management goals of the business</strong></p>

<p><strong>· Comply with KPMG Risk Management and other Policies and Procedures</strong></p>

<p><strong>â Secretarial diploma or similar qualification would be an advantage</strong></p>

<p><strong>â Good analytical skills and ability learn the usage of new technologies as and when required</strong></p>
<p><strong>â Fast and accurate typing</strong></p>
