<h3><strong>Nestlé is hiring Technical Store Assistant<&sol;strong><&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p><strong>Company&colon; Nestlé<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Position&colon; Technical Store Assistant<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Qualification&colon; Matric <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Position Summary<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>With a history spanning over 150 years&comma; Nestlé didn’t become the world’s leading food and beverages brand by chance&period; Perfection is at the heart of what we do&comma; and our people are always looking for the next big idea to cement our status&period; We are now looking for a Technical Store Assistant to be based in East London&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>In this role you will be responsible to control the Technical Stores of the Factory&comma; ensure the smooth operation thereof by means of AMM system&period;<&sol;strong><strong>                                                                 <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>A day in the life of a Technical Store Assistant&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Physically receives goods in the stores as per Globe best practices for data management and business excellence&comma; using Nestle official purchase order immediately on receipt&period; The following actions need to happen with receipt of goods&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Liaise with relevant staff to ensure the correct items as described in the purchase order are received&comma; correct quantity received&comma; place the goods received in the correct bin while observing the appropriate storing instructions&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Capture goods received immediately on receipt after the mandatory checks have been done on the SAP system&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Following up with purchase deliveries on backing an &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;All Stock Available” situation must be always maintained in the technical storeroom&period;                            <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Issue materials from stores to all departments against a duly authorized requisition or AMM work order number as per SAP MIGO transactions&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Capture the material issues immediately on the AMM system&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Check the &&num;8220&semi;counter&&num;8221&semi; &lpar;business contingency documents&rpar; record for any items taken after hours and correlate the physical stock quantity in the bin&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure that the corrective and planned maintenance activities in the factory are supplied with the correct spare parts service level&period;                                     <&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Performs physical stock cycle count as per Globe best practices and standard operating procedure &lpar;following the cycle count roster&rpar; and immediately posts the cycle count on AMM&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Investigates and gives account of all stock differences after every cycle count&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>5S &amp&semi; Safety&colon; Always adhere to the safety policy and maintain the 5S standard in the technical storeroom      All receiving and relevant issuing documents must be filed in the relevant marked files and must be kept in an orderly manner for audit p<&sol;strong><strong>What will make you successful&quest;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Matric with Math’s<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>3 years SAP experience in Technical Stores environment&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Proficiency with MS Outlook&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Recommendation to have participated in a basic SHE Food and Safety training&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Work following defined KPI&&num;8217&semi;s and proactively tracking them involving all required parties&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Recommended to have exposure to TPM&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>East London&comma; ZA<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ready to take the next step&quest;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<a class&equals;"maxbutton-1 maxbutton" href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;jobdetails&period;nestle&period;com&sol;job&sol;East-London-Technical-Store-Assistant&sol;1126980501&sol;&quest;feedId&equals;256801&&num;038&semi;utm&lowbar;source&equals;NestleCareers"><span class&equals;'mb-text'>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<&sol;span><&sol;a>&NewLine;
