<strong>Oya PV Solar Plant is recruiting for General Worker x44 posts. This rote is based on short term contract with the option to extend.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Oya Energy (Pty) Ltd proudly owns and operates a cutting-edge hybrid power plant near Matjiesfontein, straddling the Western and Northern Cape Provinces.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Candidate who fulfill the minimum requirements and key competence are invited to apply for the positron of GENERAL WORKER.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong><br />
<strong>We are seeking a hard-working and reliable general construction worker to loin our team.</strong></p>
<p><strong>You will participate in a variety of axistruction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor you will have to be physicalty fit and a fast learner.</strong></p>
<p><strong>To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform physical tasks.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
<strong>Preparing construction sites materials and tools</strong><br />
<strong>Loading and unloading or materials, tools and equipment_</strong><br />
<strong>Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites</strong><br />
<strong>Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding</strong><br />
<strong>Assisting contractors, engineers on site as required.</strong><br />
<strong>Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment</strong><br />
<strong>Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.</strong><br />
<strong>Following all health and safety regulations</strong><br />
<strong>Digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.</strong><br />
<strong>Mixing, pouring, and levelling concrete.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br />
<strong>No formal qualification is required, although a high school Grade 10 may be preferred</strong><br />
<strong>Similar work experience may be beneficial.</strong><br />
<strong>Willingness to undertake training as necessary</strong><br />
<strong>Be mild-tempered and a team player</strong><br />
<strong>Be healthy, strong, and fit</strong></p>
