<p><strong>Provide Technical Support in day-to-day issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Provide assistance in ongoing projects with coding, debugging and testing tasks.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Work closely with the developer to ease workload and meet deadlines.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in team meetings and discussions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Upskill in key technologies and complete assigned training.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Apply feedback on development to improve technical skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Suggest process improvements to boost team productivity.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in code reviews, offering feedback and suggestions to improve code quality and maintainability.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Assist with the development and execution of test cases, including unit tests and integration tests, to ensure software quality.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Adhere to standards and follow company coding standards and security protocols.</strong></p>

<p><strong>WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE</strong></p>
<p><strong>Completed a Diploma (NQF level 6) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology, or any other related field of study.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Familiarity with software development practices and version control (e.g., Git) is preferred.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and basic debugging skills.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Understanding of database design principles, including schema design, normalization, and data modelling.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Experience with writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</strong></p>
