<ul>
<li><strong>Update the maintenance system and capturing daily ATLR’s flight hours and landings, oil usage and complaints;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Capture work packs when required;</strong></li>
<li><strong>File and scan hard copy paperwork as required;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with maintaining an orderly documents storage area in line with standards, procedures and regulations;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Separate incoming paperwork daily for assigned aircraft;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identify all discrepancies on ATLRs and missing log pages and communicate with relevant stakeholders to obtain correct records;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identify and communicate Hour and Cycle differences between the MRO system and ATLR’s;</strong></li>

<li><strong>Update all part changes/ movements on ATLR’s;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Verify and file certificates received;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Notify administrators of new components;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist in Updating work orders, ADs, SBs, EOs, STCs, Repairs, etc. into MRO System and file documents;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Distribute documents as requested by departments;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist the Component Administrator in ensuring all required component movements are performed by the record clerks vis Technical Log/ ATLR</strong></li>
<li><strong>Liaise with the Component Administrator to ensure that all unserviceable spares are removed and controlled correctly from a Technical Records perspective;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Resolve or escalate records queries and requests;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and guidelines;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Analyse Stakeholder needs and identify improvement initiatives;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster meaningful interactions.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Certificate/Diploma in administration or related qualification (Advantageous);</strong></li>
<li><strong>7-10 years of experience in records systems and retention in a mid-size organisation (Essential);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience working with Aircraft documentation and the requirements thereof (Essential);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience working with a technical maintenance system (Advantageous);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Willing to work overtime;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of aviation records management;</strong></li>
<li><strong>Basic financial awareness.</strong></li>
