<p><strong> </strong><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>A completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent with a pass in:</strong></p>
<p><strong>English/Business English</strong></p>
<p><strong>Code B drivers Licence</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ability to pass a stress and fear assessment (Hights, Confined space and Fire exposure)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Pass Fire fighter fitness assessment</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Core Elements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises</strong></p>
