<p><strong>Clover has an exciting opportunity for unemployed Youth to join our Production and Distribution department. The purpose of the program is to provide you with 12 months work experience. These positions are based at Clover&#8217;s branches, including Clayville, CDC Cape Town, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, CDC KZN, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh and Atlas Distribution). <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>Who can apply for the Clover YES Programme?</strong></p>
<p><strong>South African Youth who:</strong></p>
<p><strong>are between 18 and 33 years old;</strong><br />
<strong>have a matric qualification;</strong><br />
<strong>are currently unemployed;</strong><br />
<strong>have not participated in a learnership with another organisation before.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities, will include but not limited to: managing stock according to the Warehouse Management System, Setup, maintain and operate laboratory equipment.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Assist in managing stock</strong></p>
<p><strong>Control stock while in holding </strong><br />
<strong>Receive and dispatch stock </strong><br />
<strong>Re-supply stock on system during receiving process</strong><br />
<strong>Locate stock </strong><br />
<strong>Oversee the movement, re-packing and maintain stock levels in the warehouse/identified location </strong><br />
<strong>Prevent shrinkages and losses while moving, packing and maintaining stock.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Maintain warehouse system</strong></p>
<p><strong>Maintain system in terms of updates, new products, discontinued product etc. </strong><br />
<strong>Ensure stock is at the right location </strong><br />
<strong>Link and set-up scanners.</strong><br />
<strong>Compare/interpret weigh-bridge stats versus claims.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform housekeeping, safety and security</strong></p>
<p><strong>Conduct housekeeping responsibilities </strong><br />
<strong>Follow safety regulations and ensure it is understood and followed by staff</strong></p>

<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Ensure warehouse productivity</strong></p>
<p><strong>Allocate the resources in terms of picking and picking performance to ensure the full utilization of people</strong><br />
<strong>Optimize the use of picking cages </strong><br />
<strong>Minimize idling time</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Administration</strong></p>
<p><strong>Capture Truck and Driver documentation </strong><br />
<strong>Capture information on Satellite and interbranch reports </strong><br />
<strong>Check and control printed invoices </strong><br />
<strong>Follow up on queries </strong><br />
<strong>Printing of invoices and load sheets after picking </strong><br />
<strong>Report on deviations on arrival times of trucks. </strong><br />
<strong>Closing of routes on ERMS.</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Receive, store and issue stock (parts)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Receive stock part orders into the system and place in physical location in the engineering store. </strong><br />
<strong>Assist with stock counts, cycle counts and returns to suppliers. </strong><br />
<strong>Assist Stock Controller (Head Office) where required. </strong><br />
<strong>Ensure paperwork for stock orders are in place and send to capturing Clerk after receiving. </strong><br />
<strong>Ensure that assigned area adheres to Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP) at all times. </strong><br />
<strong>Ensure security, good housekeeping and safety of stock in the store.</strong></p>

<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>Receive, store and issue direct parts</strong></p>
<p><strong>Complete requisitions for direct orders. </strong><br />
<strong>Receive direct part orders into the system. </strong><br />
<strong>Store direct parts where it is controlled and issue direct parts to Artisans following the procedure. </strong><br />
<strong>Ensure paperwork for direct orders are in place and send to capturing Clerk after receipting</strong></p>
