<p><strong>To maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards</strong></p>
<p><strong>To process sales cash register operations and safeguard company assets</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with food and beverage management</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with basic food preparation responsibilities such as cutting and chopping or portioning mise en place as scheduled by Supervisor</strong></li>

<li><strong>Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information</strong></li>

<li><strong>Prepare till and float and appropriate stationery for service where applicable or for computerised POS</strong></li>
<li><strong>Log on and check POS is operating properly before service</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with stock takes either daily, weekly or monthly, where applicable</strong></li>
