<p><strong>2025 SDP SPONSORED COURSE APPLICATION</strong></p>
<p><strong>Application to be Sponsored for Free Training and Allowance of R400</strong></p>
<p><strong>This is a Fixed Term 12 month employment contract appointment in the capacity of Field Sales Agent subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. You will be registered as an employee of the company and will be remunerated as set out in section 4.1 of this agreement.</strong></p>
<p><strong>This is done in accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Should you accept this offer, the Company requires you to do specific work-based assignments and make yourself available to render services to the Company to gain specific workplace experience. It includes your registration for Grab-a-Job and Skill-Up (earn-while-you-learn) programme – a programme designed to enable work-based experience and earn further income through comissioned based work.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Over and above this, the Company, in terms of its core and critical skills requirements, needs you to undertake and attend accredited courses at our training academy.</strong></p>
