<p><strong>Anglo American Platinum is welcoming applications from interested and qualified individuals for their 36-month Learnership Programme.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Position: Learnership Programme 2025</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duration: 3 year contract</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: Johannesburg (Gauteng) / Mokopane (Limpopo)</strong></p>

<p><strong>Engineering Learnership – Amandelbult Complex (Fitter, Rigger, Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, Boilermaker)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enrol in an external Unemployed (18.2 B1) Learnership programme leading to the selected qualification as a qualified Artisan.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Fitters x 8</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Rigger x 4</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Electrician x 4</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Diesel Mechanic x 2</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Boilermakers x 6</strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The following are the minimum entry requirements into each of the programme</strong></p>

<p><strong>Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimum 40% pass), or</strong></p>
<p><strong>N2 or higher with all subjects as per the specific Discipline Requirements or</strong></p>
<p><strong>NCV Level – 4 in appropriate trade with all subjects passed with a minimum 40% pass</strong></p>
<p><strong>Engineering Learnership (Electrical) – Mogalakwena Mine (Electrician, Auto Electrician, Millwright and Control &; Instrumentation)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p><strong>The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enrol in an external Unemployed (18.2 B1) Three-year Learnership programme leading to the selected qualification as a qualified Artisan.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Learnership Millwright x 4</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Measurement Control &; Instrumentation Mechanician x 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Learnership Auto Electrician x 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Training Programs for Artisan Learner: </strong></p>
<p><strong>1st year: Institutional training at ESTC, Engineering Skills Training Centre.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2nd year: On-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Mine.</strong></p>
<p><strong>3rd year: Complete trade test</strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
