in Human Resource Management&comma; Finance or equivalent&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>2 years’ experience in Payroll Administration&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Experience in SAGE 300 is an added advantage<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Bachelor’s Degree or BTech Degree &lpar;NQF Level 7&rpar; in related field as an added advantage&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong> DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS&sol; COMPETENCIES<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic understanding of Payroll reconciliations<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic understanding Accounting Principles<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic understanding of regulations governing income tax&comma; minimum wage&comma; overtime&comma; UIF and benefits<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic understanding of pre-and post-tax deductions in terms of employee benefits<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic understanding of HR processes as it relates to payroll<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Intermediate payroll system&comma; Basic Excel skills&comma; Basic problem-solving skills and Basic Numerical reasoning skills&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Attention to detail&comma; Time management&comma; Reliability and Communication skills&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Payroll Processing<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Accurately process payroll on a regular schedule<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Calculate salaries&comma; deductions and benefits&comma; ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Verify payroll data&comma; including new employees&comma; overtime&comma; allowances&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintenance of payroll records<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain accurate payroll files by filing and storing payroll data for the month securely<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Maintain accurate up-to-date records of all employee remuneration data&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provision of source documents during audits&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Payroll admin<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Employee benefits administration by assisting with the processing of employee benefits and ensuring they are accurately reflected in payroll records<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Drafting of UI&period;19 documents for maternity or exiting employees<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Distribution of IRP5 as and when required&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Prepare and distribute remuneration related communication to employees<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Ensure timely enrolment&comma; changes and terminations to benefits plans<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Liaise and coordinate with providers to process employee requests<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide information and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Drafting dummy payslips for offers or to show impact of changes to benefits&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Closing Date&colon;
