<p><strong><em>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Greeting and welcoming guests and providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Directing guests and answering their questions.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Notifying managers/employees of visitor arrivals.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages accurately; providing information to callers</strong></li>
<li><strong>Providing administrative and clerical support</strong></li>
<li><strong>Receiving, sorting and courier mail and packages</strong></li>
<li><strong>Coordinating meetings and boardroom bookings</strong></li>
<li><strong>Updating the switchboard directory and coordinating the receptionist relieving roster</strong></li>
<li><strong>Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area</strong></li>
<li><strong>Loading employees on Float-pays savings scheme when required, raising PO&#8217;s on NAV.</strong></li>

<li><strong>Good administrative skills, computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel</strong></li>
<li><strong>Medically fit, non-smoker, and able to work the required hours with limited breaks for refreshments/lunch.</strong></li>
