ensuring high levels of both efficiency and customer satisfaction&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Recruitment Description &sol; Key Accountabilities<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Leads the implementation and execution of HR solutions in the assigned client portfolio with high levels of customer service and in compliance with set standards and policies&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Acts as a clear single point of contact for HR related issues&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Continuously contributes to increased HR process efficiencies in business&comma; demonstrates an in-depth understanding of HR processes and highlights any inefficiency and recommends corrective actions to the relevant HR team members and management&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support the provision of HR data and analytics through accurate and reliable calculations and reports&period; This includes using HR technology and systems to analyse and interpret relevant HR data&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide relevant analytics facilitating effective decision making based on empirical information and accurate data&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Compiles and presents meaningful HR reports through interpretation&comma; comparisons and trend analyses&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Supports the recruitment and on-boarding of employees whilst ensuring a positive experience for new employees&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Takes an active part in the people selection process&comma; in collaboration with the more senior Business Partners or HR Managers and the relevant line managers&comma; facilitating an efficient and compliant process&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Manages the employment contracting&comma; enrolment and on-boarding process for new employees&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Supports the implementation of Talent management processes as required and ensures these are executed efficiently&period; This may include educating line managers and employees on such processes and the desired outcomes&comma; and making sure deadlines are adhered to and processes completed on time and generating accurate data&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Support Employee Relations objectives through compliance with procedural and substantive fairness requirements&comma; providing assistance in providing a first line labour relations consulting service and ensuring accurate&comma; relevant and complete documentation and system management&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provides employees and line managers with a sound understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles&comma; policies and procedures and can explain these in a clear and customer appropriate ways&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Executes accurate calculation of remuneration&comma; rewards and benefits and assists with salary benchmarking and compilation of comparative ratios to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Manages the efficient and effective implementation of staff movement &lpar;e&period;g&period;employee transfers&comma; promotions&comma; redeployment and rotation&rpar; and separation processes and procedures &lpar;e&period;g&period; resignation&comma; retirement&comma; retrenchment&comma; dismissal&comma; ill health&comma; death and incapacity&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Implements clearly defined change management processes and facilitates the successful implementation of change projects&comma;
