<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong><br />
<strong>Matric certificate is essential.</strong><br />
<strong>No previous experience required &#8211; we&#8217;ll provide comprehensive training.</strong><br />
<strong>Familiarity with Bomm system and in-house merchandise system is advantageous.</strong><br />
<strong>Computer literacy is a must.</strong><br />
<strong>Basic mathematics skills.</strong><br />
<strong>Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.</strong><br />
<strong>Deadline-driven mentality to keep pace with our fast-paced environment.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br />
<strong>Data Capture: Your role will involve capturing crucial data including pricing, deals, jab orders, supplier listings, product listings, linking, ranging, and trade agreements. You&#8217;ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating logs on our Buying IRM system.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Checking of Data Capture: You&#8217;ll meticulously print reports and verify data capture entries against these reports, ensuring the integrity of our data.</strong><br />
<strong>Filing: Organization is key! You&#8217;ll be allocated files by the Buyer and will meticulously file them by OTRS sequence. Additionally, you&#8217;ll maintain electronic records of all price lists and deals, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.</strong></p>
<p><strong>General: You&#8217;ll be the go-to person for queries and will play a vital role in assisting with the training of new staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative environment.</strong></p>
