level four &lpar;4&rpar; as recognised by South African Qualifications Authority &lpar;SAQA&rpar;&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum of two &lpar;2&rpar; to five &lpar;5&rpar; years’ experience of cleaning in Public Service or Private Sector&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Knowledge and understating of Office administration&semi; and<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Basic knowledge of interaction with clients and customer service&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Cleaning&semi; office management&semi; quality assurance&semi; communication skills &lpar;verbal and written&rpar;&semi; reading skills to be able to understand basic instructions of operation cleaning equipment&semi; planning and organisation&semi; customer service and client orientation&semi; Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Cleaning of offices occupied by the Leadership&comma; Executives and ordinary staff of the Regulator&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Cleaning of all the common areas and ensure timely replenishment of supplies in restroom&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Provide refreshments for meetings&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Operate and maintain the cleaning equipment&comma; electronic appliances&comma; utensils and cutlery&semi; and<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Timely empty and wash waste bins<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>CLOSING DATE&colon;
