Our work culture is adapted to the constantly-evolving South African health care environment and will suit solution-driven team players interested in opportunities for career development while working to connect people with care&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Purpose of the position&colon;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The Data Capturer supports the Data Quality Officer and M&amp&semi;E coordinator in capturing and consolidating facility and partner data&period; The District Data Capturer is responsible for consolidating weekly&comma; monthly and quarterly reports&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Grade 12 &lpar;level 4&rpar; qualification and&sol;or training in the HIV AIDS and STI programme<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be over 18 years old and up to 24 years old<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must have background or an interest in HIV and public health<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Needs to be self-motivated to attend all training sessions and required to complete assessments &lpar;portfolio work&rpar; for accredited training&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must reside in proximity of the identified health facility<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must have knowledge and be able to use MS Office<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>The ability to communicate in English and isiXhosa will be an advantage<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must have a clear criminal record<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Capturing and consolidating facility data<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensures that all weekly&comma;
