<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<p><strong>Move inventory and materials across facilities;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Process inventory for delivery;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Package items and label it correctly;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Stack and organize large bulk items;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Update logs and documentation for inventory processing;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Direct and conduct routine warehouse cleaning tasks;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Monitor and manage inventory control;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care to avoid damages;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse in line with SOPs;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Perform daily cycle counts and work with the Inventory Clerk to resolve any discrepancies.</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>
<p><strong>Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);</strong></p>
<p><strong>Warehouse Training certification (Advantageous);</strong></p>
<p><strong>Dangerous goods and Aircraft spares packing certifications (Advantageous);</strong></p>
<p><strong>1-2 years administration experience in a mid-size organisation (Essential);;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Willing to work overtime as and when required;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Willing to work 24 hour shifts (Essential);</strong></p>
<p><strong>Knowledge of Warehousing standards;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Knowledge of ERP system (Advantageous);</strong></p>
<p><strong>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ability to multitask.</strong><strong> </strong></p>
