<p><strong>• Senior Certificate (Matric/NQF Level 4) is mandatory.</strong><br />

<strong>• Clerical or administrative experience within a similar public service environment.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>As a Grants Administrator at SASSA, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission of social upliftment by:</strong><br />
<strong>• Administering social grant applications at local office level with precision and integrity.</strong><br />
<strong>• Screening applications and verifying supporting documentation efficiently.</strong><br />
<strong>• Capturing applications into the system accurately.</strong></p>
<p><strong>• Delivering excellent Customer Care services and responding to grant-related queries.</strong><br />
<strong>• Processing all relevant grant documents and assisting with other administrative functions.</strong><br />
<strong>• Ensuring all activities comply with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Section 57, to uphold financial accountability and governance.</strong></p>
