detail orientated and with the ability to work within numerous &amp&semi; tight deadlines<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Excellent communication skills &lpar;written and verbal&rpar;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Proficient on MS Office – Word&comma; Excel&comma; Power Point<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Matric<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>HR Management qualification<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>3 years administrative experience in a corporate environment<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Working knowledge of time and attendance systems is preferred<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>SAP HR experience<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Full responsibility for the efficient promotion&comma; demotion&comma; transfer and termination of all employees across the Richards Bay Unit<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Administer all fixed term contracts and ensure adequate renewal or termination times<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for the administration of new starter probation reports<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Custodian of Regional employee files and filing of employee documentation<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Full responsibility for employee benefits administration &lpar;medical aid&comma; fund enrolment and withdrawals&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Full responsibility for Recruitment&comma; Selection and Appointment&comma; for all positions &lpar;Grade 09 and below&rpar; in line with BTT policies and procedures<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Co-ordinate and&sol;or conduct all pre-employment screening checks including references<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Responsible for the efficient on-boarding of all new Richards Bay employee<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Custodian of Regional employee files and filing of employee documentation<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Load new employees onto the system and link them to the relevant positions within the specified cut-off times from payroll<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Administer the day-to-day aspects of the HRIS &lpar;disciplinary records&comma;
