<p><strong>As a key member of the HR Systems team, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end configuration and functional support of SAP SuccessFactors, with a core focus on the Compensation module and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and HR experts to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions that support our people strategy.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Our ideal candidate has:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>A strong track record in SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting – Compensation and RBP experience essential</strong></li>
<li><strong>Minimum 3–5 years hands-on configuration experience in multiple SuccessFactors modules</strong></li>
<li><strong>SAP SuccessFactors certifications (especially Compensation and/or Employee Central) preferred</strong></li>
<li><strong>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret business needs, and deliver system-based solutions</strong></li>
<li><strong>Exposure to HR business processes, security, and compliance requirements within enterprise environments</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Configure, enhance and support SuccessFactors Compensation, ensuring accurate implementation of incentive structures, team awards, bonus schemes and salary planning processes.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Serve as the go-to expert for Role-Based Permissions (RBP) — driving access management, security roles, and authorizations in line with compliance and data privacy requirements.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Partner with HR teams to optimize processes across Employee Central, Time Off, and related modules.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Translate business requirements into effective system solutions, applying best practices and maintaining alignment with SAP standards.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Contribute to ongoing improvements, release management, testing, documentation, and user support.</strong></li>

<h2><strong>Purpose Statement</strong></h2>
</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li><strong>To provide functional expertise in SAP processes including execution of configuration and deployment within the a specific functional area. Responsible for end user support and assistance for 2nd and 3rd level incidents to address business as usual technical issues aligned to operations and service processes.</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2>
</div>
<div>
<p><strong>Min/Ideal:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>4 + years&#8217; SAP SuccessFactors funtional consulting-COmpensation and RBP experience (preferred SAP Certification)</strong></li>
<li><strong>2 years + agile experience and knowledge of Jira</strong></li>
<li><strong>Working with business process owners in understanding business requirements and solution design</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience in documenting functional and technical specifications</strong></li>
<li><strong>Experience in Stakeholder Management</strong></li>
<li><strong>SAP Project Implementation experience would be advantageous</strong></li>
<li><strong>S4 HANA Functional experience and Fiori</strong></li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational</strong></li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Information Technology or Information Technology &#8211; Computer Science</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Knowledge</strong></h2>
</div>

<p><strong>Min/Ideal:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Knowledge and application of relevant IT best practices</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 4)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Knowledge of Project Management methods</strong></li>
<li><strong>MS Office Proficiency</strong></li>
<li><strong>Understanding of SAP authorisations within the SAP Functional area</strong></li>
</ul>
