work-based learning that equips participants with the commercial acumen and practical skills to service customers to grow volume&comma; facilitate the order taking process&comma; implement&comma; execute and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The role reports to the Account Developer&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Level of interaction within and outside of the company as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>The role interacts with-<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Sales Team Members&colon; To collaborate on daily tasks and share knowledge<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Sales Account Developer&colon; To receive guidance&comma; training&comma; and feedback on performance and safety protocols&period; To understand the broader sales process and ensure alignment&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Consumers&colon; To understand consumer preferences and behaviours&comma; which informs sales strategies and product development&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Key Duties &amp&semi; Responsibilities<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>In-Store Execution &amp&semi; Merchandising Excellence<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets&comma; ensuring alignment with planned call objectives&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Implement visual merchandising standards&comma; stock rotation&comma; and in-store displays in line with brand guidelines&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Ensure product quality&comma; availability&comma; and visibility in line with RED and execution scorecard standards&comma; including completion of the iRED survey&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Support and educate customers on placing orders through the MyCCBA platform&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Assist in the execution of promotional activities to enhance brand visibility&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Provide relief support as needed&comma; as directed by the line manager&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Skills&comma; Experience &amp&semi; Education<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy &lpar;minimum pass rate 40&percnt;&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Grade 12 communication with English and a second language &lpar;minimum pass rate 40&percnt;&rpar;&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be a South African Citizen&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be available to work six days a week&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be an Employment Equity candidate&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be between the ages of 18 and 35&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>No criminal record or adverse credit record<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must consent to have criminal&comma; ID and qualification verification conducted<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Driver&&num;8217&semi;s Licence would be advantageous&comma; &lpar;this may be required for driving to different stores&rpar;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must not be enrolled on any current learnership programme or any full-time studies<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must not have previously completed the same qualification&sol;learnership at another company or organisation&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>Must be unemployed at the time of appointment&period;<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>A post matric qualification in Sales &amp&semi; Marketing<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>General<&sol;strong><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong>A learner embarking on this Qualification needs to obtain a minimum value of 120 credits to qualify for the Qualification&semi;
