<p><strong>Job Description</strong><br />
<strong>To provide structured, work-based learning that equips participants with the commercial acumen and practical skills to service customers to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process, implement, execute and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The role reports to the Account Developer.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Level of interaction within and outside of the company as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction</strong></p>
<p><strong>The role interacts with-</strong></p>
<p><strong>Sales Team Members: To collaborate on daily tasks and share knowledge</strong><br />
<strong>Sales Account Developer: To receive guidance, training, and feedback on performance and safety protocols. To understand the broader sales process and ensure alignment.</strong><br />
<strong>Consumers: To understand consumer preferences and behaviours, which informs sales strategies and product development.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Duties &; Responsibilities</strong><br />
<strong>In-Store Execution &; Merchandising Excellence</strong></p>
<p><strong>Execute daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets, ensuring alignment with planned call objectives.</strong><br />
<strong>Implement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and in-store displays in line with brand guidelines.</strong><br />
<strong>Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility in line with RED and execution scorecard standards, including completion of the iRED survey.</strong><br />
<strong>Support and educate customers on placing orders through the MyCCBA platform.</strong><br />
<strong>Assist in the execution of promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.</strong><br />
<strong>Provide relief support as needed, as directed by the line manager.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Skills, Experience &; Education</strong><br />
<strong>Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum pass rate 40%).</strong><br />
<strong>Grade 12 communication with English and a second language (minimum pass rate 40%).</strong><br />
<strong>Must be a South African Citizen.</strong><br />
<strong>Must be available to work six days a week.</strong><br />
<strong>Must be an Employment Equity candidate.</strong><br />
<strong>Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.</strong><br />
<strong>No criminal record or adverse credit record</strong><br />
<strong>Must consent to have criminal, ID and qualification verification conducted</strong><br />
<strong>Driver&#8217;s Licence would be advantageous, (this may be required for driving to different stores)</strong><br />
<strong>Must not be enrolled on any current learnership programme or any full-time studies</strong><br />
<strong>Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation.</strong><br />
<strong>Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.</strong><br />
<strong>A post matric qualification in Sales &; Marketing</strong></p>
<p> ;</p>
<p><strong>General</strong><br />
<strong>A learner embarking on this Qualification needs to obtain a minimum value of 120 credits to qualify for the Qualification; this learnership runs over a period of 12 months.</strong></p>
